Required products :
- 4 tablespoons rice
- 2 tablespoons canned green peas
- 2 teaspoons water
- 1/2 cup fresh milk
- 1 large egg
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
Method of preparation :
Boil the rice (in 1 cup of water) and mash it in the broth. Pour boiling peas (1 cup) over the peas and bring to a boil, then mash and add to the rice. Mix well, add salt and sugar, bring the mixture to a boil again and add the combination of egg and milk. Put the butter before serving.
If you prefer a soft and thick consistency, puree the soup.
