You must have been left with the rice you made yesterday. We suggest you turn it into a new dish that the whole family will like.

Required products :

  • 2 1/2 tablespoons butter
  • 2 tea cups cooked rice
  • grated parmesan

Method of preparation :

Lightly grease a large flat plate (you can use oil).

Melt the butter in a pan and place the rice, pressing it tightly so that the grains stick to each other (use rice prepared the day before, because if it is freshly cooked or baked, it will fall apart).

Press with a spatula to distribute on the bottom and stick better.

Cook, turning the pan gently from time to time to make sure it doesn't stick to the bottom.

When it starts to turn golden at the edges, place a plate on the pan and quickly turn it over so that the unbaked side remains at the bottom.

Carefully slide the rice back into the pan and bake on the other side.

Serve in a warm dish and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
