Method of preparation:
Put the rice crackers in round shapes and decorate with strawberries around their walls. Put condensed milk, cocoa in a bowl and stir.
In another bowl, beat the egg whites with a pinch of salt, add the powdered sugar and stir. Carefully combine the two mixtures and mix until smooth. Pour into cups and refrigerate for 3-4 hours.
When serving, remove the forms and serve the cakes well chilled.
