How To Cook Rigatoni With Pesto Spinach, Walnuts And Parmesan - Recipe

 Necessary products:

 

  • 600 grams of rigatoni paste
  • 200 grams of fresh spinach
  • 100 grams of walnuts
  • 50 grams of grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • salt and pepper to taste

 

Method of preparation:

 

Boil the pasta, drain, cool and pour it into a bowl. Put spinach, walnuts, garlic and parmesan in a blender. Add olive oil and puree until smooth. Season the rigatoni with it and season with salt and pepper to taste. Serve and enjoy the taste!
