Required products :

2 - 2.5 kg of pork leg

1 large carrot

5-7 cloves of garlic

1.5 liters of unfiltered beer

2 tablespoons vegetable oil

2 tablespoons mixture of herbs for meat

nutmeg

pepper

Method of preparation :

Wash the meat well, dry it and make small incisions in it, which you fill with pieces of carrot and garlic. Put the ham in a deep bowl, pour the beer and leave to marinate for 8 - 10 hours. Then remove the meat, dry it with a towel, rub with salt and spices, cover and leave for an hour and a half. Do not throw away beer.

Fry the meat on all sides in vegetable oil and transfer it with it to a deep baking dish. Pour 1 teaspoon of beer and place in the oven at 180 degrees for 2 hours. If necessary, add the marinade.
