Required products :

  • 2 kilograms of potatoes
  • 1 whole rabbit
  • 350 grams of bacon (you can use bacon)
  • 5 sprigs of rosemary
  • oil

 

Method of preparation :

Peel the potatoes, cut them into large pieces (if they are small, you can leave them whole). Add salt, season and oil.

If the bacon is a whole piece, cut into thin long strips.

Put the rabbit in a pan (back down), wrap the legs with bacon, put strips of it inside the rabbit, which you turn back. Then cover the whole rabbit again with bacon (on all sides).

Place it on the potatoes and add the rosemary stalks.

Bake for half an hour in the oven, stirring the potatoes in the middle of baking (it is not necessary to touch the rabbit).

Then turn off the oven and let the dish stand in it for another 30 minutes.
