Learn how to cook "Salad of roasted and fresh vegetables with olives and cheese". Delicious recipe.
Required products :
3 tablespoons olive oil
1 tablespoon vinegar
1 onion
1 teaspoon broccoli
3 small zucchini
2 large sweet peppers
1 teaspoon salt
10 lettuce leaves
4 medium tomatoes
1/3 cup grated or shredded cheese (can yellow cheese)
1/4 tea cup chopped basil leaves
1/4 tea cup chopped green onions
12 large olives and 2 tablespoons of marinade
cheese to taste
Method of preparation :
Peel and clean onions, broccoli, zucchini and peppers. Coat them with a mixture of olive oil and vinegar, add salt and then bake on a hot grill for 4-6 minutes on all sides or use the oven at a temperature of 200 degrees.
In a large bowl, combine the chopped lettuce leaves, chopped tomatoes, shredded cheese, chopped basil and green onions.
Mix the remaining vinegar and olive oil with 2 tablespoons of the olive marinade and pour this sauce over the fresh vegetables in the bowl.
Arrange the last ones on a plate, then put their baked counterparts, which you have cut into large pieces, the shredded cheese, pieces of olives and serve the salad immediately.
