In a bowl, mix the crushed slices of bread with the eggs and yogurt. Stir and add salt, pepper and cumin to taste. Pour the beans into a blender and beat until smooth.
Put it in a bowl and add finely chopped mint, parsley, red onion and sesame seeds. Combine the two mixtures, mix well and form meatballs.
Cover a pan with a sheet of parchment and arrange them. Preheat oven to 200 degrees and bake for 30 minutes. Serve warm and enjoy.
