How To Cook Roasted Cabbage With Garlic And Olive Oil - Recipe

Required products :

  • 1 small cabbage weighing about a kilogram
  • 2-3 cloves of garlic
  • 1.5-2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1/3 teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon salt

 

Method of preparation :

Choose a small cabbage, which you clean from the top layer of leaves. Cut it into round pieces about 2-2.5 centimeters thick.

 

Arrange the slices in a pan greased with olive oil (you can cover the bottom of the dish with a sheet of parchment, but also spread it).

Spread the finely chopped garlic cloves on the cabbage.

 

Coat the surface of the vegetable rings with olive oil.

 

Sprinkle with salt and ground black pepper. Optionally use favorite herbs, cumin ...

 

Bake in the oven preheated to 180 degrees.

After about 40-50 minutes (the exact time depends on your oven and the degree to which you prefer to bake the cabbage) you can serve.

 

During the heat treatment, you can turn on the other side to obtain an even coating.
