Required products :
1 kg of fresh cabbage
80 milliliters of oil
200 milliliters of milk
30 grams of flour
30 grams of grated yellow cheese
Method of preparation :
Wash the cabbage leaves and boil them in salted water for 10-15 minutes, then drain the liquid using a colander.
Fold each sheet like an envelope, fry in hot oil and arrange in a pan.
Make a sauce by first frying the flour in oil until it turns light yellow, then pour in the hot milk, stirring constantly. Add salt and let the mixture boil for 5 minutes.
Pour the cabbage with the resulting sauce, sprinkle with grated cheese and bake in the oven for about 10-15 minutes.
