Required products :
500 grams of cauliflower
1 onion
3 tablespoons yogurt
1 teaspoon mustard
salt and ground black pepper to taste
Method of preparation :
First, divide the cauliflower into inflorescences. Peel an onion, cut it and divide it into circles. Mix the vegetables and add the mixed mustard and yogurt. Mix everything thoroughly and season with salt and ground black pepper to taste.
Pour into a pan and bake in the oven until desired. If you prefer softer cabbage, cover the dish with foil. When you can easily pierce the cauliflower with a toothpick, remove the foil and let the dish bake until it forms an appetizing crust.
If you do not use foil, you will get crispy onion chips and an irresistible crust on the cabbage.
