Required products :

  • 1 can (800 grams) chickpeas - squeezed and left to dry
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil (extra virgin)
  • 1 tablespoon Tamari sauce
  • 2 tablespoons maple syrup
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried ginger
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder

Method of preparation :

Line a large baking tray with parchment paper and spread the chickpeas on top. Drizzle with olive oil, sauce, maple syrup and stir with a spatula or hands. Season with garlic and ginger.

Bake for 15-20 minutes, until the chickpeas begin to brown on all sides.

Once the chickpeas are well toasted, let them cool for at least 5 minutes before serving, and best of all, wait for them to cool so that you can safely hold them in your hand.
