Necessary products:

 

  • 1 kg of minced meat mixture
  • 10 grams of ground cumin
  • 10 grams of black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • half a bunch of fresh parsley
  • half a bunch of fresh onions
  • 2 tablespoons flour
  • 50 grams of butter

 

for the sauce

 

  • 5 soft tomatoes
  • 100 milliliters of tomato juice
  • 1-2 peppers
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • fresh parsley leaves
  • olive oil about 50 milliliters
  • 1 head old onion
  • 50 milliliters of white wine
  • 5 grams of sugar
  • salt, pepper
  • 200 grams of grated yellow cheese

 

Method of preparation:

 

Put the minced meat in a bowl and season it with salt, pepper and cumin. Cut onions, parsley and add them. Stir and knead the minced meat. From it, form meatballs, roll them in flour and fry them in hot oil.

Drain and arrange in a pan. Fry onions, chopped soft tomatoes, peppers, garlic and fresh parsley in the same fat. Add olive oil, wine, sugar, salt and pepper.

Stew the mixture and simmer on low heat for 10 minutes. Spread the sauce on the meatballs and sprinkle with yellow cheese.

 

Preheat oven to 200 degrees and bake for 20 minutes. Pour the dish in portions, serve and enjoy its taste and aroma.
