Peel the peppers and dry them. Cut them lengthwise. In a pan, heat the olive oil and fry the finely chopped onion, grated tomato and chicken. Season with salt, pepper, oregano and paprika.
Add the garlic clove, ham and eggs. Stir and after 5-6 minutes of cooking cool the filling. Distribute the mixture in the peppers, arrange them in a greased pan.
Pour 150-200 milliliters of water and bake in a preheated oven at 200 degrees for 30 minutes. Ten minutes before removing the dish from the oven, sprinkle with grated cheese and bake. Cool, pour portions and serve the peppers warm.
