Required products :

1 large fresh tomato
10-12 cherry tomatoes
200 grams mozzarella
20 grams basil
parsley to taste
1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
1/4 teaspoon olive oil
2 cloves garlic
2 tablespoons sugar
salt to taste

 

Method of preparation :

Grease a suitable form with olive oil and arrange on the bottom of it cut into large pieces of tomato.
