How To Cook Roasted Tomatoes With Mushrooms And Onions - Recipe

Required products :

  • 6 tomatoes
  • 150 grams of mushrooms
  • 1 onion
  • 3/4 tea cup grated yellow cheese
  • 100 grams of bread
  • 1/2 cup fresh milk
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 tablespoon melted butter
  • 20 grams of butter
  • salt and pepper to taste

Method of preparation :

Cut the tomatoes into circles, boil the mushrooms, cut them and fry. Cut onions into small pieces, grate yellow cheese, break bread.

Coat the inside of a ceramic bowl with oil and arrange in layers: tomato rings, salt and pepper to taste, fried mushrooms, onions, cheese (leave a little to sprinkle) and finish with bread crumbs.

Beat the milk with the eggs and melted butter and pour the mixture over the vegetables. Sprinkle with the separated grated yellow cheese and bake in the oven until ready at a temperature of 180 degrees.
