How To Cook Roasted Zucchini In Yogurt With Cheese And Garlic - Recipe

Learn how to cook "Roasted zucchini in yogurt with cheese and garlic". Delicious recipe.

Required products :

  • 3/4 tea cup yogurt
  • 1 large clove of garlic, pressed or finely grated
  • kosher salt or sea salt
  • 6 small zucchini, cut lengthwise in half
  • cold pressed olive oil
  • 3/4 tea cup shredded cheese
  • 2 tablespoons fresh dill
  • peel of 1 small lemon, finely grated
  • wholesale ground red pepper

Method of preparation :

  • Heat a grill pan over medium heat.
  • In a small bowl, mix the yogurt and garlic, season with salt to taste and stir.
  • Coat the zucchini with olive oil on both sides and sprinkle with salt.
  • Place them in the grill pan with the cut side down and bake until browned.
  • Turn on the other side and continue to bake until fully cooked - a total of about 10 minutes.
  • Transfer the garlic yogurt to a large plate and spread the zucchini on top.
  • Sprinkle with grated cheese, dill and grated lemon peel.
  • Season with coarsely ground red pepper and serve.
