How To Cook Salad Of Sauerkraut With Boiled Potatoes And Mushrooms - Recipe

Learn how to cook "Sauerkraut salad with boiled potatoes and mushrooms". Delicious recipe.

Required products :

  • 2-3 large potatoes
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons chopped sauerkraut
  • 1/2 cup canned mushrooms (or to taste)
  • 1 medium onion

For flavoring:

  • ground black pepper
  • a little wine or apple cider vinegar
  • Unrefined oil
  • parsley

 

Method of preparation :

Boil the potatoes whole and peel when they cool a bit, then cut into large cubes.

 

Drain the liquid from the chopped sauerkraut and spread on a board for a while to dry a bit.

 

Put the potatoes in a large bowl, add the mushrooms.

 

Cabbage follows.

 

Finely chopped onion.

 

It remains to season the salad with ground pepper, a little vinegar (wine or apple) and vegetable fat.

 

Finally, sprinkle with chopped fresh parsley and enjoy!
