Peel and grate the carrots. Prepare a square shape with which to shape the salad and put half of the carrots. Mix the cream with the chopped dill, parsley, garlic and season with salt and pepper.
Cool the resulting mixture. Pour some of it over the carrots, add the finely chopped marinated mushrooms, and then the chicken. Spread the remaining cream and cover with the other half of the carrots.
Garnish with sprigs of fresh parsley and finely chopped carrots, curled like roses. Cool the salad for an hour and carefully remove the form. Serve the salad with a drink of your choice and enjoy it.
