How To Cook Salad With Prosciutto, Arugula And Blue Cheese - Recipe

Necessary products:

 

  • 100 grams of arugula
  • juice of half a lemon
  • salt, olive oil
  • 100 grams of chopped red cabbage
  • 2-3 fine slices of prosciutto
  • 80 grams of crushed blue cheese
  • 50 grams of walnuts
  • fresh parsley for decoration

 

Method of preparation:

 

Put the arugula and cabbage in a plate. Season with salt, olive oil and lemon juice. Add the fine slices of prosciutto, shredded cheese and nuts. Garnish the salad with fresh parsley and serve. Garnish with a dressing of your choice.
