Necessary products:

15 quail eggs

15 cherry tomatoes

mini mozzarella cheese

olives

30 g of pine nuts

lettuce leaves

lemon juice

olive oil

1 sec. l. mustard

Method of preparation:

At the bottom of the plate put the washed lettuce leaves. Then cut the boiled eggs and tomatoes in half, pour them on the leaf (first the eggs, then the tomatoes). Place the mozzarella on top, sprinkle with cedar nuts, put olives. Decorate as desired. Mix olive oil with mustard, add lemon juice and a pinch of salt. Season the salad with the resulting mixture. Sprinkle again with pine nuts and olives. Add green spices (parsley or other according to your preferences). The salad is ready.
