Necessary products:

500 grams of chicken fillet

1 egg

0.5 tsp oatmeal

0.5 tsp milk or water

1 onion

2 cloves garlic

left

pepper

Method of preparation:

Grind the fillet or use ready-made minced chicken. Beat the egg together with the milk using an egg whisk. Add the oatmeal to this mixture and leave for 30 minutes to swell. Finely chop the onions, mash the garlic and mix them with the minced meat. Then add the oatmeal, season with salt and pepper, mix well.

Cover the pan with foil, grease with oil, shape the meatballs from the mixture and arrange them in it (you can wet your hands to make shaping easier).

Put in the oven and bake at 180 degrees until golden brown.
