Required products :

  • 1/2 cup wheat
  • 3 cobs of corn
  • 250 grams of cherry tomatoes
  • 1 teaspoon boiled beans
  • 1 tomato
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons white wine vinegar
  • 1 large clove of garlic
  • 1/4 tea cup basil, chopped
  • 1 bunch chives, finely chopped
  • 1 / 4-1 / 2 teaspoon olive oil

Method of preparation :

Boil the wheat until ready according to the instructions on the package.

In the last 10 minutes of cooking the barley, add the corn to it to boil.

Cut the cob from the corn (straighten it and cut the seeds lengthwise with a knife, this will most easily separate from the cob).

Peel a squash, grate it and squeeze the juice.

Crush the garlic to a paste - first cut it into very small pieces, then add salt and rub it with a knife into the cutting board. Add the garlic paste to the grated tomato. Add a pinch of salt, paprika and vinegar. Saturate the dried herbs (basil) and put them in the mixture. Slowly add the olive oil, stirring constantly.

In a bowl put the wheat, cherry tomatoes, corn, beans, pour the tomato sauce. Stir and serve.
