Required products :

  • 200 grams of skinless salmon fillet
  • 1 small cucumber, washed and cut into cubes
  • 1/2 mango, washed, peeled and diced
  • 1 onion, finely chopped
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • sprouts for garnish / optional /

Method of preparation :

  • Mix the cucumber, onion and mango in a bowl and sprinkle them with 1 tablespoon of olive oil.
  • Season with salt and pepper and refrigerate for about 1 hour.

 

  • Cut the salmon into small cubes. Transfer to a bowl and add the remaining 1 tablespoon of olive oil.
  • Season with salt and pepper and refrigerate for about an hour.

 

  • Place the form in the center of the plate and spread 1/2 of the mango mixture on the bottom. Press down lightly.
  • Place 1/2 of the salmon over it and press gently again.
  • Slightly lift the form, place it in the other plate and repeat.
  • Garnish with a few sprouts and your tart is ready.
  • Serve with a glass of white wine and enjoy.
