How To Cook Salmon Meatballs With Avocado Cream Sauce - Recipe

Learn how to cook "Salmon meatballs with avocado-cream sauce". Delicious recipe.

Required products :

  • 500 grams of salmon fillet, cut into cubes
  • 1/4 tea cup breadcrumbs (preferably "panko")
  • 1/2 teaspoon chili powder
  • 2 tablespoons parsley
  • 2 cloves garlic (chopped)
  • 1 egg
  • salt and pepper

for the sauce:

  • 1 soft avocado
  • the juice of 2 green lemons
  • 1/4 cup sour cream (or full-fat yogurt)
  • 1/4 teaspoon basil
  • 2 tablespoons parsley

Method of preparation :

Grind the salmon fillet and add the remaining products and season. From the resulting mixture form small round meatballs.

Bake them in a pan greased with olive oil for 15 minutes at 180 degrees.

In a blender, grind the avocado with the lemon juice, cream, basil and parsley.

Drizzle the roasted meatballs with avocado sauce and cream and eat warm.
