Cut the fish into large pieces, season with different types of pepper, add salt and leave for half an hour to absorb the aromas and flavors.
Cut the cherry tomatoes into four pieces, the onions into semicircles, and the celery transversely into thin strips.
Boil the potatoes (whole and unpeeled) until semi-finished. When cool enough, peel them and cut into circles. Add mashed rosemary, salt and olive oil to them. Then add the vegetables (tomatoes, onions, celery).
Spread the mixture in a pan and arrange the pieces on top. You can sprinkle with fish seasoning.
Bake for half an hour in the oven (at 180 degrees).
