How To Cook Salted Pickles With Cheese, Nuts And Poppy Seeds - Recipe

Required products :

10 ground crusts
200 grams of parmesan or other type of cheese of your choice
5 tablespoons poppy
seeds 50 grams of walnuts or other nuts (match the nuts with the type of cheese: Parmesan can be combined with pine nuts, cheese with walnuts ...)
4 egg yolks
melted butter
salt and ground black pepper to taste

Method of preparation :

Grate the cheese, grind the nuts and mix them with the yolks. Add the poppy seeds and beat everything.
Spread a sheet of dough on the work surface, brush it with melted butter. Fold in half lengthwise and grease again.
Then distribute part of the finished filling at one end and roll a tight roll.
Cut it into several pieces of equal length, which you arrange in a tray.
Do the same with the other crusts and stuffing.
Bake in the oven at 180 degrees for 15 minutes.
