How To Cook Salty Cake With Curd, Ham And Yellow Cheese Dough - Recipe

Required products :

200 grams of cottage cheese
100 grams of ham
100 grams of butter
100 grams of yellow cheese
500 milliliters of milk
200 grams of flour
30-40 grams of garlic
10 grams of dill
20-30 grams of fresh parsley
2 eggs

 

Method of preparation :

Mix the butter with half of the curd in a bowl. Add the flour and knead a soft dough. Spread it evenly in an oiled pan.

Grate the yellow cheese, chop the garlic finely or mash with a press, cut the ham into small cubes.

In a separate bowl, mix the eggs with the remaining curd and add the yellow cheese, ham and garlic. Drizzle with fresh milk and add the chopped green spices.

Spread the resulting mixture on the dough in the pan and bake in the oven for about 40 minutes at a temperature of 180 degrees.

Check readiness with a toothpick.
