Required products :

1 kg of puff pastry

400 grams of yellow cheese (tastier if it is spicy or salty)

150 - 200 grams of butter

parsley and / or dill

 

 

Method of preparation :

Thaw the dough and cut it into loaves of your choice, which you bake in a preheated oven. Be sure to wait for them to cool, during this time cut the green spices into small pieces and mix them with the oil, which should be at room temperature. Add the grated yellow cheese (on a fine grater) and beat everything well with a mixer.

Spread the resulting filling on the cold countertops and arrange them on top of each other. Sprinkle with chopped parsley on top and put the cake in the fridge for at least 5 hours. Then all you have to do is cut it into pieces and share it with your friends or family - they will surely be happy :)
