The traditional recipe for scrambled eggs becomes much tastier and more enjoyable if we add meat and vegetables. Here we offer you one such idea, including ham, peppers, tomatoes and onions. The ingredients are for 2 servings , and the preparation will take you about 30 minutes .

 

Necessary products

  • 4 eggs, broken
  • 5-6 large slices of ham
  • 2 green peppers, finely chopped
  • 100 grams of roasted red peppers from a jar, finely chopped
  • 2 tomatoes, cut in bulk
  • 1 onion, finely chopped
  • 2 minced garlic cloves
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • salt and pepper to taste

 

Method of preparation

Heat olive oil in a pan and add onion, garlic and green peppers. Fry for 1-2 minutes to soften.

Pour the red peppers and tomatoes. Stir and sprinkle with a little salt and pepper. Cook for 1-2 minutes. Add the beaten eggs and stir until thickened. Remove from the heat.

In another pan, fry the ham on both sides until golden brown. When ready, mix it with eggs and vegetables.

Serve the finished dish warm. You can decorate with parsley or a slice of lemon and serve with toast. Experiment ... and have a good appetite!
