Required products :
2-3 cm ginger root
100 grams of fruit glued
2 cinnamon sticks
2 pieces of orange a
few mint leaves
honey to taste
500 milliliters of boiling water
Method of preparation :
Grate the ginger root or chop it finely. Mash the fruit and mix the two products.
Divide the combination into two cups suitable for making tea, put 1 cinnamon stick in each and a slice of orange. Then add a few mint leaves and sweeten with honey to taste.
Pour boiling water and let the tea brew for about 5-7 minutes.
Then, if desired, remove the cinnamon, strain and you can enjoy the drink.
