  • 1 lime
  • 2 eggs
  • 200 grams of sugar + another 7 tablespoons
  • 100 grams of semolina
  • 500 milliliters of fresh milk
  • porridge tastes

Method of preparation :

Crush lime and lemon.

Grate their bark.

Squeeze the juice from the citrus.

Mix the eggs with the sugar.

Add semolina to them and stir.

Transfer the combination to a saucepan and pour in the milk. Stir thoroughly again.

Place the bowl on the stove and as soon as the milk boils, put the grated crusts in it.

Cook until thickened (about 10-15 minutes), stirring constantly so as not to burn the semolina. Then remove the pan from the heat, close it with a lid and leave it for the moment.

Using a mixer, beat the semolina with the eggs.

Spread on the layer of caramel and store in the refrigerator (but not hot) for 3 hours.

When you take it out, turn the dessert on a flat dish and leave for 20 minutes.

Then sprinkle with cashews and serve.

Enjoy!
