How To Cook Shredded Salmon Schnitzels With Yellow Cheese - Recipe

Learn how to cook "Schnitzel from chopped salmon with yellow cheese". Delicious recipe.

Required products :

  • 400 grams of fresh salmon fillet
  • 4 eggs
  • 150 grams of yellow cheese
  • a few sprigs of dill
  • 2 tablespoons flour
  • oil
  • ground black pepper and salt to taste

Method of preparation :

Cut the fillet into very small pieces.

 

Grate the yellow cheese finely.

 

Chop the dill.

 

Beat the eggs together with the spices.

 

In a suitable bowl, mix the fish with all the other products you have prepared, adding the flour last.

 

Stir well.

 

Using a spoon, scoop out the mixture and fry the schnitzels in a pan with hot oil.

 

About 5 minutes on each side is enough to get a tender and juicy dish.

 

Serve with a set of your choice.
