Method of preparation :
Cut the fillet into very small pieces.
Grate the yellow cheese finely.
Chop the dill.
Beat the eggs together with the spices.
In a suitable bowl, mix the fish with all the other products you have prepared, adding the flour last.
Stir well.
Using a spoon, scoop out the mixture and fry the schnitzels in a pan with hot oil.
About 5 minutes on each side is enough to get a tender and juicy dish.
