How To Cook Slowly Cooked Pork Chops With Lots Of Cream - Recipe

Necessary products

  • 6 pork chops
  • 250 grams of cream
  • 1/2 teaspoon flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 large onion, thinly sliced
  • 2 cubes of chicken broth
  • 2 teaspoons boiling water
  • salt and pepper to taste

 

Method of preparation

Season the steaks with salt, pepper and garlic powder. Roll them in flour. Put them in a pan with a little oil and fry them on medium heat until golden brown.

Put the steaks in a slow cooker and cover them with the chopped onion. Dissolve the broth in boiling water and pour over the steaks. Cover and cook on low for 7-8 hours.

After removing them from the cooker, place the steaks, along with the sauce, in a preheated 200 degree oven.

In a small bowl, mix the cream with 2 tablespoons of flour. Add the mixture to the steaks. Bake in a preheated oven for about 20 minutes until the sauce thickens.

Serve the finished steaks with a garnish of your choice. Enjoy your meal!
