Required products :
30 grams smoked mackerel fillet
large link arugula
1 cucumber
1 red onion
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 teaspoon apple cider vinegar
1 teaspoon mustard seeds
salt to taste
Method of preparation :
Mix olive oil with vinegar and mustard.
Chop the arugula leaves, add the chopped onion and cucumber. Season the sauce, add salt and stir. Put the combination in a suitable dish, and on it the coarsely chopped mackerel fillet.
The salad is ready, you can serve.
