How To Cook Smoked Salmon, Poached Egg And Kale - Recipe

Necessary products:

  • 1 egg
  • 1 slice of bread
  • 25 grams of kale
  • 1/2 teaspoon olive oil
  • 30 grams of smoked salmon
  • 1/4 chopped hot pepper

 

Method of preparation:

Put water in a saucepan to heat until it boils (at about 90 degrees). Beat the egg in a plate, and with a spoon make a whirl in warm water, where you drop the egg. Beat 3 minutes for a more liquid yolk and 4 if you prefer it with a harder core. Remove the egg with a slotted spoon and drain on paper.

Meanwhile, toast the bread in a toaster or pan of your choice.

Spread the toasted slice with olive oil, put the dried kale leaves, smoked salmon on top and finish with the beaten egg.
