Forget about fizzy drinks and sweetened juices - they are not only harmful to the body, but also do not taste so good. Not as much as a smoothie that you can make yourself with fresh fruit.

The ingredients are for 2 drinks , and the preparation will take you only 5 minutes .

 

Necessary products

  • 1 banana
  • 1/2 teaspoon freshly squeezed orange juice
  • 1 apple
  • 1/4 tea cup of milk

 

Method of preparation

Peel a banana and finely chop it. Peel the apple, remove the core ?, cut it into small pieces.

Put all the ingredients in a blender. Beat well until a homogeneous mixture is obtained.

Serve the finished drink chilled. You can decorate with a slice of lemon, cinnamon sticks or mint leaves. Experiment!
