Ingredients:
8-10 pcs. tartlets; 200 g crab sticks; 200 g of sausages; 2 carrots; onion head; 100 g of cheese; salt, pepper to taste.
Cut crab sticks, rub sausages, carrots and cheese on a coarse grater. Chop the onion and fry in a pan, adding a little vegetable oil. We send carrots, sausages and crab sticks to the onion, add salt, pepper to taste and fry over medium-slow heat until light golden. Then we lay out the filling on tartlets, sprinkle each with cheese and send it to the oven preheated to 180 degrees for 10-15 minutes, until the cheese is melted. Before serving, you can sprinkle the appetizer with herbs.
By the way, instead of carrots, you can add a circle of tomato, putting it on the cheese before baking.
If you choose medium-sized tomatoes, the appetizer will be small, light and very juicy.
7-8 medium-sized tomatoes; 200-250 g sausages; 7-8 quail eggs; 150 g shallots; 1 st. a spoonful of grated tomatoes; 1 st. a spoonful of sour cream; 1/4 teaspoon rosemary; salt/pepper to taste.
We wash the tomatoes, cut off the top layer under the lid, carefully remove the pulp with a spoon, transfer it to a plate. We cut sausages and shallots into small pieces, send them to the pan and fry until golden brown. Then add tomato pulp, grated tomatoes, sour cream, rosemary and spices to taste in the pan. Mix everything well, close the lid and simmer over low heat for 10-15 minutes. In parallel, preheat the oven to 200 degrees, and wrap each tomato in foil, leaving the top open. We shift the filling into tomatoes, break a quail egg in each, close the previously cut lid, send it to the oven at a temperature of 190 degrees for 10 minutes. Before serving, remove the lid, sprinkle the appetizer with ground black pepper.
Vegetable pancakes will be a good alternative to potato pancakes, they are lighter, much juicier, and sausages will make this dish more satisfying.
Ingredients:
200-250 g sausages; 2-3 carrots; large head of onion; small zucchini (150 g); 2-4 cloves of garlic; 2 tbsp. spoons of sour cream; 3 art. spoons of flour; egg; salt/pepper to taste.
We cut the sausages, rub the peeled carrots and zucchini on a coarse grater. We clean the onion and garlic, finely chop, add to the rest of the ingredients. We mix the products with the egg, sour cream, flour and spices.
In a preheated frying pan with the addition of vegetable oil over high heat, fry the potato pancakes until golden brown, approximately 3-4 minutes on each side. Form potato pancakes with a spoon or hands, slightly squeezing from the juice. Put the finished pancakes on a paper towel, let cool. Serve delicious with sour cream or garlic sauce.
This hot dish will not only amaze with its simplicity, but will surprise you with a completely unusual ingredient for many, namely an apple.
Ingredients:
large eggplant (200-250 g); 200-250 g sausages; 100 g green onion feathers; 3 green apples; 2 tomatoes; 1 st. a spoonful of mayonnaise; 0.5 tsp red pepper; salt/cumin to taste.
In a deep frying pan with the addition of vegetable oil, fry chopped sausages, apples, tomatoes and eggplants until golden brown in cubes. Then add mayonnaise, green onions, fry for another 5-7 minutes. Pour 200 ml into the pan. boiled water, add pepper, salt, cumin, mix everything well, close the lid and simmer over low heat for about 15-20 minutes.
Tip: If you notice that the liquid thickens poorly, add 1 teaspoon of starch or flour, the main thing is to mix well so that there are no lumps. Serve the stew with green onions and toasted baguette.

Ingredients:
300-350 g of sausages; 2 pcs. Armenian lavash; large head of onion; 2-3 cloves of garlic; large bell pepper; 200-250 ml of cream; 100 g of cheese; 3 egg yolks; salt/pepper to taste.
In a frying pan with the addition of olive oil and spices, fry the diced sausages, onion, bell pepper and garlic until golden brown. We cut each pita bread into 2 parts, you should get 4 sheets. Grate the cheese, mix with the yolks. Lubricate a deep baking sheet with butter, spread 1 sheet of pita bread, fried filling, cheese, repeat the layers until the sheets of pita bread run out. At the very end, fill the casserole with cream, cover the baking sheet with foil and send it to the oven for 20-30 minutes.
Try this incredibly delicious onion-carrot soup. Sausages and curd cheese make the perfect company for the rest of the ingredients, it is simply impossible to break away from the dish!

300 g of sausages; 3 potatoes; 3 heads of red onion; 4 carrots; 50 ml cream; 100 ml chicken broth; 1 teaspoon of turmeric; 150 g curd cheese; salt/pepper to taste.
Boil potatoes until fully cooked. Fry the diced sausages in vegetable oil until golden brown, transfer them to a separate bowl. We also fry the diced onions and carrots in a pan, add salt, pepper, turmeric, transfer to a blender, add potatoes there, pour everything with cream and grind.
Pour the chopped filling into a saucepan, pour in the chicken broth and bring to a boil over low heat. At the end of cooking, add the fried sausages and curd cheese. Serve soup with parsley and breadcrumbs. Priyanogo!
