How To Cook Soup With Melted Cheese, Potatoes And Onions - Recipe

Required products :

about 200 grams of melted cheese (maybe more)

1 carrot

1 onion

4 medium potatoes

parsley to taste

salt and spices to taste

olive oil

 

Method of preparation :

Pour water into a saucepan, place the dish on the stove.

Cut onions and carrots, fry them in olive oil and add the stuffing to the water.

Peel the potatoes, cut them into cubes, put in a saucepan. Add spices of your choice and to taste.

When the potatoes are almost done, add the grated melted cheese to the soup (you can cut it into small cubes). Stir until melted, add the chopped parsley and after a minute turn off the heat.

Leave the soup with the lid closed for a while, distribute in bowls and serve.
