How To Cook Sour Cream Punch With Eggs, Rum And Cognac (gogol Mogul) - Recipe

Required products :

5 eggs
150 grams of granulated sugar
100 milliliters of rum
100 milliliters of cognac
2 tablespoons of milk
2 teaspoons of liquid cream
100 grams of powdered sugar
nutmeg for sprinkling


Method of preparation :

Separate the yolks from the whites.

Beat the yolks with the sugar until they form a white foam. Then in a thin stream pour rum and cognac, 2 tablespoons of milk and 1 cup of cream.

Beat the egg whites to a stiff foam and add to the yolks.

Put the resulting mixture on low heat, then pour the remaining cream and put powdered sugar. Stir until the mass thickens. Once this is done, the drink is ready to serve.

Distribute in suitable cups and sprinkle with grated nutmeg.
