Necessary products:

  • 1 packet of spaghetti
  • 0.500 pounds of minced meat
  • 3 - 4 tomatoes
  • 2 - 3 onions
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 1 teaspoon tomato juice
  • spices of your choice (basil, oregano)
  • oil
  • left
  • pepper
  • parsley
  • 100 grams of grated Parmesan cheese

Method of preparation:

Fry the minced meat in a little oil over low heat. Season with salt and pepper. Finely chop the onion and garlic, fry them until golden in hot fat. Peel the tomatoes and cut them into small cubes. Mix the minced meat with the onion and garlic, add the tomatoes, add salt, pepper and fry for another 10 minutes. Then pour the tomato juice, bring to a boil and reduce the heat. Allow to simmer until some of the juice has evaporated (you should get the consistency of a sauce). Add spices of your choice, if necessary add more salt and pepper.

Boil the spaghetti according to the instructions on the package, drain the water and add a little oil.

Pour the spaghetti into a plate, pour over the sauce and sprinkle with grated Parmesan cheese.
