How To Cook Spaghetti With Cheese And Pepper - Recipe

Required products :

  • 1 packet of spaghetti (400 grams)
  • 6 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 crushed garlic cloves
  • 2 teaspoons freshly ground black pepper
  • 1 3/4 tea cup Pecorino cheese

Method of preparation :

Put salted water in a large saucepan to boil. Add the spaghetti and cook for about 10 minutes, until ready - be careful not to boil them.

Save 1 cup of the liquid and strain the paste.

In a large enough pan, pour the olive oil and fry the garlic and black pepper for about 1-2 minutes. Add the spaghetti, Pecorino cheese, add half a cup of water and stir. Cook for about 1 minute until the cheese is melted. If the spaghetti seems dry, add more water and extend the cooking by 1 minute.

Serve the spaghetti immediately.
