Learn how to cook "Spaghetti with sun-dried tomatoes, smoked ham and parmesan". Delicious recipe.
Required products :
400 grams of spaghetti
200 grams of dried tomatoes
2 cloves garlic
150 grams of smoked ham
50 grams of parmesan
6 tablespoons olive oil
stalk of basil
salt to taste
Method of preparation :
Cut the tomatoes into small pieces and place them on a paper towel.
Chop the garlic and fry it for a few minutes in olive oil. Add the sun-dried tomatoes, chopped ham, let everything cook for 3 minutes.
Boil the spaghetti according to the instructions on the package, then drain the water with a colander. Pour them over the tomatoes, stir and leave on high heat for 2 minutes.
Sprinkle the finished dish with pieces of Parmesan and chopped basil.
