Before you start making the can, sterilize the jars and lids for them.
Wash vegetables and herbs. Peel a squash, grate it and slice it. If you decide to use hot pepper, cut it into circles and do not remove the seeds if you prefer a more spicy taste.
Separate the grapes from the bunch, peel the garlic cloves and horseradish.
At the bottom of each jar put 1-2 cherry leaves, the same amount of blackcurrant leaves, 1 clove of garlic and 1 bay leaf, 3 grains of black pepper and the same amount of cloves, a stalk of dill, and a little horseradish and hot pepper rings. .
Then distribute the tomatoes and grapes in the dishes, and fill the empty spaces with pieces of sweet pepper.
Put in the three jars a spoonful of salt and sugar, pour boiling water as needed to fill the dishes to the brim.
Cover with lids (do not seal) and let the tomatoes stand for 8-10 minutes. Then drain the marinade and place it on the stove. Once it boils, return it to the jars and close them.
