Required products :
1 kg chicken wings
300 grams mushrooms
green onions to taste
1 large sweet pepper
6 cloves garlic
5-7 cm ginger root
1 teaspoon hot pepper, chili
soy sauce to taste
Method of preparation :
"Seal" the wings by frying them in a pan until golden. Then transfer them to a saucepan. Pour water, it should cover them. Allow to cook as needed until the meat begins to separate from the bones.
Meanwhile, chop the mushrooms. Fry them in the fat in which you prepared the wings earlier.
Cut the vegetables.
When the wings are cooked, take them out of the broth and pour in the mushrooms, vegetables, hot pepper and let everything boil for 10 minutes.
Then add the soy sauce, pouring a little and taste.
The spicy broth is ready. It is very useful for consumption in colds.
