Necessary products:

1 kg of pork

1 head of garlic

2 tablespoons honey

100 grams of dry white wine

1 kiwi

1 tsp turmeric

1 tsp coriander

2 tsp Sol

20 grains of black pepper

Method of preparation:

The meat must be deboned, washed and dried. Make the marinade: mix honey with the juice of 1/2 lemon, wine and spices. Cut the kiwi into thin circles. Put the meat in a bowl, put the marinade and pieces of kiwi. Leave in the refrigerator for at least 12 hours.

Take the meat, remove the excess marinade to keep it clean. Finely chop the garlic and sprinkle it on one side of the meat. Then roll into a roll, leaving the garlic on the inside.

Bake in foil at 180 degrees, then remove the foil and bake for another 20 minutes. Leave the dish in the hot oven for an hour. The pork roll is served cold.
