How To Cook Spicy Shrimp In Butter With Garlic, Parsley And Lemon - Recipe

Learn how to cook "Spicy shrimp in butter with garlic, parsley and lemon". Delicious recipe.

Required products :

  • 900 grams of frozen shrimp
  • 230 grams of unsalted butter, cold and diced
  • 1 teaspoon kosher salt
  • 4 cloves garlic, peeled
  • 1/4 tea cup fresh parsley
  • 1/2 teaspoon hot red pepper flakes
  • 1 lemon, freshly squeezed

Method of preparation :

 

  • Preheat oven to 180 degrees.
  • Rinse the shrimp to separate from each other and drain.
  • Arrange them in a tray as close as possible without overlapping.
  • Mix the cold butter, garlic, lemon juice, salt, parsley and red pepper in a blender. Strain briefly.
  • Spread the oil mixture over the shrimp and fry until pink.
  • Serve hot, garnished with melted garlic oil.
