Wash the tomatoes, cut them into several pieces each. Cut the carrots into large pieces, the onion into four pieces, and the two types of peppers into random pieces, first cleaning the hot ones from the seeds.
Grind the chopped vegetables with a mincer and transfer the mixture to a large convenient fireproof dish. Pour the vegetable fat, add the sugar and salt, stir and place on the stove.
Cook over low heat for 2.5-3 hours, periodically stirring the vegetable puree, which will gradually thicken.
At the end of cooking, the snack should be thick enough not to spill on the bottom of the dish.
Distribute it in sterilized jars, close them, let cool and store in the refrigerator.
You can serve with bread or as a sauce.
