Required products :

800 grams of tomatoes

750 grams of fish fillet

parsley

basil to taste

2 tablespoons olive oil

8 cloves garlic

salt and pepper to taste

Method of preparation :

Cut the tomatoes into circles, season with salt and pepper and arrange on the grill on a steamer. Add parsley leaves for decoration, and grind the remaining amount together with basil and olive oil. Peel the garlic cloves and cut each of them into 4. Spread the garlic and olive oil with the spices on the tomato rings and let them steam for 15 minutes.

Cut the fillet into pieces (not to be too large), sprinkle with salt and pepper, arrange them on top of the tomatoes. Allow the dish to cook for 25 minutes.
