Required products :
100 grams of not very finely ground corn kernels
50 grams of red beans
50 grams of peas
50 grams of whole corn kernels
50 grams of carrots
50 grams of sweet pepper
50 grams of onion
salt to taste
balsamic vinegar
serving oil
You can use ready-made vegetable mix.
Preparation :
Put the ground corn kernels in a suitable container, add salt, spray with balsamic vinegar and pour about 150 milliliters of boiling water. Steam or use a steamer for 10 minutes.
Meanwhile, dice the carrots, peppers and onions. Mix them with peas, corn and beans, add 1/2 teaspoon of balsamic vinegar. Add the resulting combination to the corn after 10 minutes, and let everything cook together for another 10 minutes.
Serve the polenta with the vegetables and a piece of butter.
